In some ways this reminds me of pacing at Pysch unit – and then trying to get “structure” back into place and meds into you right away – I know for my experience that was good, and yet sometimes I have wondered like you…”how risky” it can be to not pace and “be deprived” of that walk/ that constitution :) – where does that stuff go? -oh the cycles/cycling?!!… hmmm….
